Loyal Hare Force - Terms & Conditions

 

By joining the Loyal Hare Force, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not join the Loyal Hare Force. Thank you for your interest!

 

General Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The Loyal Hare Force scheme and Loyal Hare Force card benefits are operated on behalf of Bath Ales by St Austell Brewery, St Austell PL25 4BY [We]. Registered in England & Wales: Company No 107021.
  2. All Loyal Hare Force membership cards will remain the property of St Austell Brewery.
  3. We can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual Loyal Hare Force account.
  4. The Loyal Hare Force membership card is for your own personal use; please do not share it with anyone else. There is a maximum number of one card per person at any one time. We do not issue additional cards for the same account.
  5. If we identify that you hold two or more Loyal Hare Force card accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion.
  6. We can take any appropriate action, including removing or suspending a Loyal Hare Force account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the membership or associated offers.
  7. We will remove Loyal Hare Force points from the associated account if it hasn’t been used for 13 months or has been closed.
  8. You have to be able to prove that you are 18 years of age or over when using the card with a valid form of ID (this does not include student cards or cards that do not show date of birth).
  9. If your card is lost or stolen, please report it immediately by emailing marketing@bathales.co.uk or call the Brewery Office on 0117 9474797 so that it can be cancelled and a replacement issued, if this is not done a new card cannot be awarded.
  10. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond our reasonable control and which prevents us from complying with these terms and conditions, we will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligation.
  11. These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
  12. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe, will never sell it to third parties and will only send you marketing material if you have agreed we can do so. Please refer to our privacy policy for full details of how and why we use your personal information.

 

Collecting & Spending Points

 

  1. The Loyal Hare Force Scheme is based on a points collection/redemption basis in participating venues.
  2. Your card will be credited with 5 points for every £1.00 spent in any of the participating venues; it can be awarded after the purchase of any food, drink and merchandise.
  3. Every point collected has a redemption value of £0.01 and can be redeemed at any time in the participating venues associated with the scheme.
  4. The participating venues are:
    • The Wellington, Gloucester Road, Horfield, Bristol BS7 8UR
    • Graze Bar & Chophouse, 63 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JZ
    • Graze, 9 Brunel Square, Bath BA1 1SX
    • The Taproom & Hare Brewery Shop, Southway Drive, Warmley, Bristol BS30 5LW
  5. Points cannot be redeemed for cash in any instance. If you are issued a refund in the participating venue the previous points spent will not be added to your account.
  6. We reserve the right to withdraw points promotions/offers without notice.
  7. If you forget your Loyal Hare Force membership card, please ask a member of staff to print itemised bill and payment receipt and email them to marketing@bathales.co.uk so points can be added to your account. You will need to provide the receipts within 30 days of the transaction to be able to collect your points.
  8. Any points that have been collected can be redeemed against spend in the participating venues on food, drink and merchandise, subject to availability.
  9. You can make a part payment of points towards a product or service.
