Promotional Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

Pints to gift can be purchased bathales.com/shop/hero-pint/ and www.staustellbreweryshop.co.uk/p/hero-pint/ websites.
Gifted pints can be bought and emailed to a select recipient up until 31^st July 2020.
All pints can be redeemed by the recipients within three months of when the social distancing rules have been lifted by the Government and pubs re-open. As the end date depends wholly on when the social distancing rules are lifted, an exact date is unknown.
For every pint purchased through the initiative, donations of £4.50 will be matched by St Austell Brewery’s Charitable Trust up to a maximum of £20,000, and donated to NHS Charities Together.
The monetary value of pints not redeemed – £4.50 per pint purchased – after three months of the participating pubs reopening, will also be donated to NHS Charities Together.
There is no maximum number of pints that can be gifted, however, all gifted pints must be brought in separate transactions and made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The codes to claim a pint are single use only.
Recipients can select from any draught St Austell Brewery or Bath Ales branded beer (subject to availability) at the participating sites.

The vouchers are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
Each purchaser will be contacted via the email address provided when they gift a pint to a recipient. The chosen recipient will receive a single-use voucher code confirming the free pint. The recipient will also receive a second email promptly when social distancing restrictions have been lifted and it is safe to redeem their voucher and a link to the participating establishments and informing them that their free pint code is now activated.
No responsibility can be taken for Donations which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered by email for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the participation process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

Go to www.staustellbrewery.co.uk/gift-pint-pubs to view the list of participating pubs where your free pint can be redeemed using the given single-use code on the confirmation email.
