Brewer Apprentice – Bath Ales, Hare Brewery

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our well-established team and learn a highly sought-after craft from experts of the trade at Hare Brewery. You will develop a high level of knowledge, skills and the behaviours needed to become a competent Brewer.

Bath Ales’ aim is to produce high-quality beer in cask, keg, bottle and can while upholding our company mission statement ‘Serving Customers with Excellence’.

What does the Brewer Apprentice involve?

As a Brewer Apprentice, you will undertake an 18-24 month, Level 4 qualification, where you will work with other brewers to learn and practice the new skills which are required to become an established and qualified brewer. During your apprenticeship, you will develop your knowledge, behaviours and skills through a mixture of academically based training sessions (at Nottingham Brewing School) and practical experience, as part of our well-established brewing team.
